My daughter Lanette and her husband Shaun were approved for adoption about a month ago. I am so excited for them to have the opportunity to become parents. They are so wonderful, and I love them! If you know anyone who is looking for an adoptive home to place them, you should have them check out these two.
Lanette and Shaun are very special people. They value God, family, friends, education, work and fun. In their day to day lives, these values are evident in how they spend their time and I believe they organize their lives with a great balance. They love God and acknowledge His hand in guiding their lives. They pray, study, attend meetings and willing serve in church callings.
They visit out-of-state family as often as possible and frequently associate with local relatives and friends through dinners, movie nights or other social outlet. They recognize the vital importance of education for future employment but also the joy and strength that come with increased learning and understanding. Church books, school texts and fiction all have their place in their day and they find pleasure in reading. They work hard and save regularly for the things they need and want. They are a good team in updating used furniture, caring for a garden and in cleaning and organizing their home.
They know how to have wholesome and entertaining fun times. They celebrate significant days and make them memorable with photos, food and decorations. It's always a pleasure to be in their home. Lanette and Shaun will be wonderful parents. They are loving and respectful to each other; kind and generous with their smiles, affection and time. They will be great parents and will cherish a child while offering friendship and acceptance in their relationship with a child's birth mother. I would highly endorse them as great potential parents, and I'm hoping to be a grandma soon! To learn more about Shaun and Lanette, visit their adoption website at www.shaunandlanette.weebly.com
